The file attached [url removed, login to view] needs sound added to it.
Background: [url removed, login to view] works with a slider going between 0-200 x pixels.
The x pixel position of the slider correlates to the app. Frame in the time line. So when the end user moves and stops moving the slider the movie plays and stops accordingly. Both forwards and backwards.
Look at the file attached. If you do not understand the code mechanics in the attached file I suggest you withdraw from the bid at this point.
Now the problem is I want to also hear sound in relation to the end user’s slider movement. and for the sound to stop playing when the ene user stops moving the slider. I have some sound in there now…but you can replace it with any sound. I think that the sound will probably have to be 200 frames…exactly in sync with the timeline. Keep in mind I am trying to come up with an easy to use formula here that can be applied in many applications. Perhaps, a 2-3 sec sound that is actually 200 frames long with silence from the in point and to the out point. Also… this formula needs to work with animated lip sync as well.
It must be exactly frame accurate in relation to the end user’s use of the slider and the sound’s position on the timeline.
My research led me to one tutorial on [url removed, login to view] the part about audio fast forward and reverse and the use of the sound object and the built in position (sound) function in action script. (This function is only available in flashMX)
If you need it here is the link to that tutorial

I need two working examples made with flashMX for windows. One set to 12FPS(timeline 200 frames) and one set to 24FPS(timeline 400 frames)
I also need written instructions on how the formula works. If you use a structure based on the position (sound) I need to know how that can be divided into individual frames at 12 and 24 fps
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. + open source flashMX FLA File for windows
2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
3) .doc file for windows with your instructions for applying the formula, mechanics of the code and structure used
Windows -FlashMX open source .FLA file
