Our customer service agents make phone calls to survey previous customers. Currently they use Xlite 3.0 (Free version download link: [url removed, login to view]) to make the outbound phone call, and they access the pertinent customer information from the agent interface (the area to house customer info is shown on the “left side” of the attached image). Thus, they will have both our agent interface on screen as well as the Xlite program running.
The goal of this project is to create the “right side” of the attached image only. The goal functionality is simple: when the customer service agent clicks on any of the dial pad numbers (0-9, *, or #) on the agent interface or types in any of the keyboard numpad keys (0-9, *, or “.” - the period may represent “#” on the keyboard) on the agent interface it will trigger the same respective dial pad numbers in Xlite.
For example, while on the agent interface, I can type in (247 . . 248) which correlates to pressing the 247##248 on the Xlite program. In another example, while on the agent interface, I can click on the (247 # # 248) dial pad keys to trigger the respective keys on Xlite.
Integration of Xlite into our agent interface IS NOT THE GOAL – this would be far too complex and costly. All we want is a hotkey or mapping methodology to accomplish the above goal assuming the agent is accessing the agent interface through the web (some web coding may be involved) and has the Xlite program running (probably minimized in the background or system tray).
TIMELINE – We will need this completed within two weeks.
COMPATIBILITY – We will need the solution to be compatible with customer service agents who are using both Windows and Mac OS X to access the agent interface.
BUDGET - I was unsure of the budget so I put $30 - $250. If it will be more than $250, please message me with your bid price or you may place the bid price in the description of your bid. Thank you!
