Java Graphic Editor

We need a Java graphics application built to allow visitors to our site to design images. The GUI will be fairly simple, using simple swing class functions. The editor must be able to be resized for different applications chosen by the user. The user must also have the ability to upload images (jpg, gif) to add to their project.

The final image created by the visitor must be rendered to a vector format on the server (preferably EPS). The graphic editor will be based primarily around Text manipulation and Text effects (different fonts, shadows, angle, etc.). The editor will need to be linked to our mySQL database to allow changes to available options. See the example SQL dump for more details.

The editor needs to be simple and intuitive for the visitor to use. A database of images must also be available for the visitor to use if they so choose.

We need a solid solution from an experienced developer who we can continue working with after the project is completed. We will need future modifications and would like to form a long term stable relationship.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
