540786 Paltalk Interface + Dating Site 2 2

I need someone know and experience Paltalk; if you don't Please DO NOT BID because I don't want you waste your time and my time. I'm serious to looking for can hack and change paltalk interface.

Here is the link of Paltalk Express which paltalk member can access from the web [url removed, login to view] .

There is 4 level of paltalk members: Basic(Free Member, nick color: Black), Plus(nick color: Blue), Extreme (nick color: Green), VIP (nick color: purple), The basic member can't view Webcam

I want you to help me to clone Paltalk express interface but the basic member can view Webcam and they can change color of their nick to any color they want ; New member register will be added to my database then direct register to Paltalk; After the member register they can log-in and post their profile upload photos, video and more, like a dating website.

In the main page (index page), visitor can see newest members, and favorite members....etc.... more like a dating website, just have a paltalk interface and hack with it. if you interest about this project please p.m I will give you more detail.
