vTiger CRM & Thunderbird Email (v12) Plugin Update

vTiger is a PHP based open source crm package. Thunderbird Email is based on the Mozilla project. There was an plugin published that integrated vTiger & Thunderbird so you could use T-Bird to email contacts, etc and it would update the lead, account, contact record in vTiger--very standard CRM functionality. However they (the open source world) has not updated the plugin for some time. I am running vTiger 5.4.0 and Thunderbird 12. I would like the plugin updated to work with T-Bird 12 (last supported Thunderbird version was v3). The good news is the latest "Firefox v12" plugin works so I think the Thunderbird version is very close.
