164224 Wap Gateway

I have a java app and a website that I need a wap push feature implented for. I have nowsms, a gsm modem, and a l;aptop that I want to use for this gateway. I need someone to creat a program that will be installed on the computer that will connect to the website and to nowsms. The use will come to the website put his info and then it sends the info the the program which will send it to nowsms which will send it through the modem.
