This is what i need:
1- Order no: if The number is between 1-99 then the format should be like A1, A2, A3....... At the moment it is like A001, A002, A003........
2- Fee field needs to be filled automatically according to what you select on item field. (Second level category fee will be always used.)
3- If you select other options than 1 on Quantity select box then item, extra and fee fields need to be cloned that many times. Please check the image.
4- If you press add more then item, extra, fee and Quantity fields need to be cloned. Please check the image.
5- Total fee field needs to be filled automatically according to all fee fields. (If Customer id submitted then total fee needs to be deducted according to Cus. discount field.)
6- When you submit all the data should be displayed accordingly on pop up box and inserted into database.
