254242 CSS/javascript repair

Our site integrates Joomla [url removed, login to view] and vBulletin.

The fancy-ass bloated drop down navigation works great in its native Joomla, but isn't working right in VB, where we kind of shoehorned it in.

As you'll see in the images, it looks like a layering issue that only effects Internet Explorer 6 or 7 on XP. (BTW, do you have an IE/XP setup where you can test this? Unfortunately, I do not.)

When the menu drops, it appears to be obscured various elements in VB.

I have kept your ssh access and admin status on VB.

Paths: /var/www/html/joomla/forums

URL where it's broken: [url removed, login to view]

URL where it works: [url removed, login to view]

Admin: [url removed, login to view]

To access the nav header in VB go to admin, login, then select Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> SBO -> all Style options -> Edit Templates -> header

Or, use the same path to Main CSS.

The code for the version that works is at:

/var/www/html/joomla/templates/rt_synapse/css/[url removed, login to view]

I'll see if I can squeeze two images in here, if not I'll just attach the image of the broken menus.

Thanks! Let me know if it's a bigger job than I think it is.

OH... by the way, this site is live. :)
