Design Website for Automated Trading Product

Need simple, neat web design for my product, using HTML, PHP, Javascript, CSS (No AJAX!!!). Looking for strait-forward design, not too many bells and whistles. In a way you are really just creating a shell which I will add content to later, although I have some place holder content for now.

**Please create the web pages from scratch in a text editor, rather than using a web page RAD tool that creates code which is hard to edit later by hand.

Need a style sheet that improves appearance of manual at:

Can be same style sheet or a new one if you feel it is needed.

Please check other well designed automated product websites to get an idea. I will give you a link to some that I like upon request.

I have attached my notes and some graphics I have. More graphics will need to be created, let me know if you can do that or if we should have another worker do it.
