We intend launching a site presenting a high-quality cosmetic product with active ingredients fighting wrinkles, catering mainly to woman. Objective: Design /code site similar to reference Target Audience: Mainly Woman looking for best skin treatment Stragegy Layout: elegant, yet simple, userfriendly, inviting Banners, Ads Third Parties: none Deadline: pls suggest Nr of pages: 9-10 Languages: English, German ( identical layout) Animation: Yes, 2-3 ( Adobe Flash)see reference Images: high quality images provided Text: Provided Photos: provided, photoshop, optimized Consumer Tracking: Cookies, Web beacons. We need to know how consumers use site Skills needed: a)html, css, flash, java, design, artwork b) mysql, php Reference Site: [url removed, login to view] Important note: Depending on your skills, tasks may be split up into a) artwork, design, html, css, flash, java and b) database, forms, etc. Pls suggest if you can perform all the tasks inhouse or if you want to do special tasks. Newsletter to be sent out on regular basis,selected according to parameters like " first buyer", " returning customer", "language", etc. Important: ease of use, flexibility. Pls suggest. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
