GD - ImageMagick

I need someone to assist me with some advanced image manipulation on the fly. Taking an image and showing an approximate crop based on a size proportion like 8X10. The crop area needs to be movable.

Zoom feature to allow the image being viewed to be zoomed in but under a mask that only shows part of the image. Helps keep the person from printing and stealing.

Last is a copyright PNG that will float over the image.

I need someone who is mostly an expert in GD and/or ImageMagick to assist with the project. Place a bid and show some examples of work.

The project will be simple but I need an expert not a first timer.
