This is strictly for the page layout of the membership directory segment of the website. At the start of the project the site design will already have been broken out into PHP with a similar design as the example layout given.
Allow the administrator to create the (category) and insert an email address and hit submit to invite users to join the networking group and edit their own profile under that category. If the user does not respond or did not receive the link the first time, the administrator can hit "resend" in the admin panel to resend the invitation link.
If the administrator wants to manually add a category and fill in all of the fields themselves, the administrator can fill in all of the fields and then upon publishing of the profile the email on the profile page will receive a link to claim the profile with their own username and password.
After the user claims the profile, through either option above, they can setup their own customized username and password so that they can edit their own profile at any time. If they forget their password they can request a password reset through email.
The administrator has the ability to pause, delete and add all profiles. Also they will have the ability to override and edit any existing profile.
Front-end design publish to look and interact like this: [url removed, login to view] with the ajax or jquery interactive function.
In addition to this page layout there would be a "Printable Member Directory" link that will publish the following fields only:
