Need to have a script like Ultimate footer ad javascript

I'm sure your familiar with this type of javascript that would keep a simple newsletter sign-up form would then stay on the bottom of the screen no matter where you surf on the website. it was originally called the "Ultimate footer ad" and the script and customizing program cost $47 (company's sales site - [login to view URL] ). I'm looking for just a simple script to allow to me to have something similar, as see in this link - [login to view URL] I will create the footer graphics and colours, for now just copy the stuff directly from the example site, when your coding is done. I will make the graphics adjustments. I would like to add the option to have the name and email fields capture to go directly to Aweber to send the opt-in email for confirmation. So anyone with Aweber experience and javascript understanding of this script, you will be top on my selection list. *** If you have this script already, please PM me and I will email you any changes if needed and then you can quote.
