Need to make picture cropping option in javascript

I want to make picture cropping option for my website. Basically I have profile page. So people should have facility to upload their photos on the profile and make any picture their profile picture like facebook. We have only one standard size for the profile picture. If people will upload bigger or smaller size picture then they can use our cropping option to make picture proper . There should be a delete, rotate and make any picture as a profile picture options available in this section. There will be another small size of the same picture also for other things. I need all this in Javascript with cross browser option including IE6 and all the validation including W3. I can provide another page which is already developed for cross browser and W3 validation, but don't know if you will make some changes in the body part will it work properly or not? Profile picture changing facility on facebook is a good example.
