I need a PHP backend script built with Plimus IPN Integration

Hello, Please read this entire description before bidding/contacting me. I will make this description extremely clear on what I need done. I need a PHP backend system built with Plimus IPN Integration. If you are unaware of plimus, it is a payment processor for digitally downloadable products. You can visit their site at [login to view URL] to read any of their documentation on their API. What the plimus IPN is, is the connection between their system once a payment has been processed and my backend system. Plimus also offers a sandbox testing system that is 100% the same as their main platform, which works great i've used it many times. Here is the function of what I need to happen when a user purchases a digital product from me and exactly about what I sell so you can understand what i'm trying to accomplish with this script. I sell a digital product that is something similar to license keys, but in HUGE BULK quantities of unique codes. So for example a user might purchase 1000 of these codes from me and those codes UNIQUE to that user. The user must receive the unique codes delivered to them via email with an attached .txt file that is named specifically with their plimus order number. Also, the backend(which is just for me), must record all of the customer data from the plimus order and allow a search function by order number & email address so that I can search for a user's order anytime in the future. The backend must also contain a downloads section that will allow me to upload my files to several different package types, that way once an order is placed, the script will email the customer with the file from that package type. There also needs to be an email template section in the backend script that allows me to change the email template that it emails to the customer. The email template must also contain dynamic php tags to be used within the email. That way the email seems personalized with their exact order number, name, etc.. The subject line of the email template must also contain their order number and be customizable. Upon the backend script issuing a package to the user, the system must record the exact file that was emailed to customer as I need to be able to keep track of these codes that we're issuing to the customer. For example, say if a customer doesn't receive their email from us, I will look up the order number by searching within the backend system, select their order and their should be a little icon for the text file name that once I click on it, it prompts me to download the file. The system also must have no issues storing data from repeat customers, as we have alot of repeat business. I will need you to work from my server to prevent any server issues or code issues that may arise as I want this script to be able to be transferred to my other sites that will run this same script. I will provide you full access to a cpanel login on a unique domain that is setup just for you on this project. Here is the best part: I don't need the script backend to be fancy, I just need it to be SOLID and PERFECTLY smooth running with no issues. You will not have to do any design to this script as it will only be for me and my employees. I will not be selling this script, it will be specifically just for my use only.
