Need Seller/promoter for OSC site

I have just created the website for starting an ecommerce business...however due to change of plans and lack of time I m not being able to promote it. The site is temporarily hosted on a free hosting service with domain name forwarding at the moment.

Now I want to sell the whole site: Domain name + template(1 month customization service included).

I want to sell the site + domain at a price above $800(not negotiable) and need help for that purpose. U get 20%(negotiable) of the sell as comission. I have no plan to invest any extra dollars in the site.
