Online Store System

We are looking for a developer able to create an online store system. Our plan is to get a powerful dedicated server to run the stores. Our customers will pay us monthly for using our application and server. The system must be entirely automated, demanding minimum manual work.
The system needs to:
-Automatically confirm the payment (and block the store if payment is late)
-Automatically configure our server, so the customer is able to point his domain's DNS to our nameservers
-Have everything an online store needs: Product Registration, Categories, Calculate Delivery Price, Payment Gateway Integration, etc.
-Be as light as possible, demanding less server resources than Magento
