1. Our company will market this system using the following methods:
b. Above the line marketing
c. Web Marketing (Web Search optimization and a online contact form)
2. After closing the deal we obtain relevant information from the client to do the survey.
a. XLS list of staff name, surname, company name, email address and mobile number
b. Competencies which should be assessed.
3. The webmaster now is required to prepare the online survey for that company:
a. Select questions of the database that pertain to this survey and set up the company survey. (an option is needed where questions can be created and is categorized under 41 competencies – to be provided by us)
b. Import the XLS list to the database.
c. The system auto-generates a password for each employee and sends an email to inform the employee that he/she is required to complete the online survey. The email will also contain the employee’s login (email address), password (auto-generated) and a specific link (pertaining to that company).
d. The system is now ready for employees to conduct the survey. This survey should ideally have a mobile site option and website option.
4. Employees log in to the site and conduct the survey:
a. The first section of the survey asks basic questions before the actual survey starts (all multiple choice):
iii. Job level
iv. Duration of employment at company
b. The second page describes how to complete the survey and contains some guidelines and an example. The employee will also be informed how much time is allowed and what to do when the connection goes lost. When the employee understands he moves to the next page and start the survey.
c. The survey auto decides on how many questions per page to place. The maximum allowed pages are 4. So hypothetically if there is 40 questions the site will automatically place 10 questions per page (x 4 pages = 40 total). If the survey has 15 questions the site will place 4 questions on each page and 3 on the last one. (Suggestions welcome)
d. The survey is timed. There is a count down timer on each page. The page auto expires if the employee takes too much time. He will then have to restart the survey. Ample time is however granted. I.E 40 seconds per question.
e. The questions are in the following format:

f. When the employee is done he clicks on the submit survey button. An auto-generated email is then sent to the webmaster to inform him that a survey has been completed AND an email is sent to the employee thanking him for completing the survey.
g. When the LAST employee completes his survey a FINAL email is sent to the webmaster to indicate that the surveys have all been done.
a. The report will be done by one of our company survey experts. We will however need sufficient data from the survey to capture that. The webmaster will be able to view the various stats drawn from these results. (To be discussed in detail)
b. The report will be done separately on PowerPoint. The webmaster just need to get the stats of the system.

e. When Adding Company Surveys, select from list of questions. The webmaster has the option to choose where to place the question in the survey.
