PHP Coder wanted long-term, $35 to $50/hr.

I run several large websites and need another PHP programmer to join us. Initial work load is about 10 hrs per wk, but will climb quickly. Our websites use PHP-5, PostGreSQL, JS, CSS, Smarty templates, JQeury, and Apache 2.2 running on CentOS. All coding is within an SVN environment. Must have minimum 4 years experience custom-coding websites and work mostly during California business hours (though, evenings are OK, but I need to be able to reach you during the day). ## Deliverables Please help me assess your skills by Cut/Pasting the questions below and emailing me your inline answers. All code is custom (including the carts) within an SVN development environment. We use CSS to keep the code-to-text ratio down per Google's ranking requirements, and use Verisign, PayFlowPro, and [login to view URL] as the payment gateways. Coders can work any hours or timeframe they wish, but must be available by phone for quick contact during California, USA business hours.
