am looking for someone that can help me quickly put together a website that is a redesign of an already existing site. The new style of the site has already been strictly defined, this includes; html templates, menus, css, prototype etc..This should be a very quick project.
Quality of your php code is absolutely key. I like code that makes other coders say wow when they look at it.
This site has very few pages, the majority of the links on the site link back to the corporate site which we will just check to make sure are all pointed correctly.
I need your help asap and I can send a link to the site you are redesigning after you post your qualifications. As a consideration of this project please know that we will be picky to the pixel level because of the corporate guidelines but all should go well with the level of info that we have for you.
I would like this project to be a first of many, (check my rating, I am very busy) and I really need someone top notch in php, css, javascript, dhtml etc..

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
