28135 Replicate survey script

Hi I need an absolute expert that is fast, efficient, nice, and very good communicator in php/mysql. Do not respond if you are not online most of the time to communicate via Yahoo IM. 1. I have an fairly simple opensource survey script which I need mostly replicated with some modifications. The main modification - is that is is currently setup for "admin" to create and "publish" the surveys. I need it flipped around - where my users create and publish the surveys and can "invite" (not part of script) or make public the survey.. And they can see the results/reports etc...(part of script) There will be plenty of more work for you if you do a great job in a timely manner. Please DO NOT bid on on this if you are not an excellent php/Mysql, flexible, patient, coder. I don't want to waste my time explaining the pages, to then have you say you don't have the time or expertise and can't deliver, or don't communicate! NOTE: By starting and completing this project all deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. I the buyer will receive exclusive and complete worldwide copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by me the buyer.)You also agree to full confidentiality for this and any further work
