Report Generator

I require development of a SaaS web application where users could generate written reports by answering a series of questions ('interviews') with similar functionality to an online survey system. Following features are required: - Full source code and ownership - Question types should include checkbox, radio, textbox, headings, and matrix-style. The option to add scores for parts of the report would be desirable. - Ability to create/edit/copy questions and question templates, single or multi-page - Ability to organise question sets into sections - Ability to create/edit/copy report templates with WYSIWYG support - Ability to save or modify reports before generation - Ability to add/modify headers/footers to reports - Ability for users to share narratives / sample answers - Ability to add special strings (placeholders) such as dates, names, he or she, his or her etc into reports. - Ability to compile and generate reports in HTML, MS Word, RTF or PDF - Ability to track statistics such as usage - Ability to manage users/customers with subscription based membership system - Cross-broswer functionality - Availability of API to extend application to other possible sources e.g. iPhone/iPad, or integrated with other web services e.g. [login to view URL] etc. - Other features may be required and discussed depending on the developer's suggestions It would ideally be written in PHP/MySQL with AJAX and JQuery but other technologies can be considered. Joomla integration would be an added value. Previous experience in development of an SaaS and/or online survey system would be highly regarded. Successful bidders must be able to demonstrate ability with sample project, and/or aspect of the above requirements. A more detailed specifications document is available upon receipt of NDA.
