Responsive Template Expert and CSS Pro Needed

YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 20 POSITIVE 5.0 FEEDBACK RATINGS 2. YOU MUST HAVE A COMBINATION OF AT LEAST 4 PROJECTS THAT REFER TO RESPONSIVE TEMPLATE AND CSS DESIGNS YOU HAVE COMPLETED. 3. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO USE SKYPE FOR COMMUNICATION ON THIS PROJECT. 4. YOU MUST SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH LANGUAGE 5. YOU MUST HAVE A DECENT PAIR OF HEADPHONES AND A MIC FOR DISCUSSING PROJECT ISSUES OVER SKYPE IF YOU DO NOT QUALIFY ON ""ALL"" REQUIREMENTS ABOVE, THEN YOU DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THIS PROJECT AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR SELECTION!! ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ For those that do qualify for this project, this is what I need done: I need to fix a custom html project (only 2 pages as of now) and make them be fully responsive designs that will work on all mobile devices, tablets, notebooks, and desktop systems. Right now I am having some issues with getting these corrected myself and I need a little help on it from a true professional that knows what they are doing. There are animations, sliders, video, and rotators and such that all need to be able to work with mobile devices. I am also alright with turning off certain aspects of the design when viewed in smaller screens so it does not interfere with the visibility of the site. I am up for suggestions, and I expect to here those from you as the professional in this. I do not want to hear that we can do it only to have you come back later and say it can't be done after you have been awarded the project. I want someone that is confident enough in their ability to get this done and get it done right. I expect that when I go to check it, it is working right no matter what phone or tablet I am using, that is the whole point here. In addition, this will be applied to a WordPress theme. I need to make sure that when is all said and done, the portions of this design along with the WordPress design which is also responsive and already configured are working together without issue. After this portion of the project has been completed, we will probably add in others designs that need the same similar work to them. I am looking for someone that is good enough to keep around and do further projects with. If you fit the requirements above and think you can pull this off, please bid on this project.
