Sell songs or whole albums

1 part im not totally sure this script has (in the above link - which I want), is that people who want to upload their music/albums, should have to register (admin needs to approve them).

So there is 1 Admin, unlimited uploaders (Bands/Musicians), to buy user has to have an account.

'uploader' can choose a selling price for single songs or whole albums

'uploader' can choose to either allow admin to take a percentage from each sale of song/album or pay a yearly rate.
