i need to create software, that will work for clients on-line (on website with passwords) and intranet inside the firm.
Its for large printery - the boss will like to see the whole workflow - from order to sending the printed materials to client
So main sections will be:
- price calculations
- clients accounts
- financial and invoices
- finishing department
- expedition department
- every employer will have access only to this part, where he works
who working in warehouse will have access only to this part
who working in graphic department, has only access to this part
- warehouse - the employer will add to system the pcs of colors, toners, type of papers and so. he will write the name of print-man, who has taken the material and the date, pcs and so.
- print-man - employer from the printery - he will take the material from warehouse and print the job on machine, then he will select on computer, that he has done the job and he move the stuff to another - finishing department
- finishing department - they will cut and glue the final printed stuff and move the stuff to expedition department
- expedition department - they will print the etiquette's and invoice from clients data
- boss - he want to see - the statistics for every employer - he want to see how much work he has done daily, monthly, per year,... graph or table - he can select
- he wants to see the daily income, - graph or table
- he want to see how much stuff has printed every machine
- he want to see how much has printed every machine - statistics
- he wants to see the warehouse - current status, pcs from all stuff
- he wants to see all the jobs - the current status
- he wants to see the list of clients, the sum of ordered stuff from every client, the percent discount that has every client another number of discount.
- he want to see the number of points that has collected the clients - every client collecting with orders points. then he can change the points for discount or gifts like corporate umbrella, cap,...
- he wants to see the departments - every type and the %of orders that has every department done,with statistics
- he can export every part of statistics to xls or pdf
- after registration he can log-in to his account. he will see the calendar, with daily names, he will see the date of his last visit
- there will be flash banner or animation that will show him the new items that he can order too
- he can change the registration data
- he can make calculations without order or with order
- he can select by ordering - the check button - please archive this file for me - then he will see that file name in the left bottom, he can anytime again order from this archive stuff print materials, or he can delete it if he does not need that anymore
- by the ordering the client will also input the date, when he wants to have it finished, then when it send, the operator will accept or write a real date, when it will be finished. This information will
be automatic sending to his e-mail
- when the job is finished, he can select, that he want to have call, or sms, or e-mail - message that the stuff is ready for pickup
- he can change the collected points to discounts, that will be automatic added to his calculation tool

- he will collect the points with the numbers of orders
- the client will see in right down corner the invoices, that he has not pay for long time
- he can see the actual process of his order and the date/time when it will be finished
- he can see the history of his orders

The software must be installed to client server and i will need then the source codes too - for backup.
