OK. I had to take down our last post because we were getting too many 'unqualified' people submitting and not enough people were actually reading the post so here goes another:
We have a real estate software [url removed, login to view] and we need designers that can design the templates that are used with this software. The templates are really easy to customize for anyone with good design skills. We are looking for 100% W3C compliant templates with good CSS use. If the template does not validate then we don't want it!
Each template kit will contain about 6 to 8 pages you need to modify ex(contact forms, search page, listing display etc.) so you would be making 6 to 8 pages using 'your' design. You MUST have good HTML/CSS skills as well as good design skills and habits.
We are also looking for decent (OO)PHP5 developers that KNOW object-oriented programming. Please don't even post if you don't have good skill with PHP5 or object-oriented programming for PHP5. We can't afford to pay much as we are a startup company but we are beginning to grow rapidly and this may be a great opportunity for a few 'good' designers and developers to grow with us.
We can afford to pay from $6-$8 per hour depending on the quality of your work. If you are interested MAKE SURE you provide us with:
1) Your hourly charge or what you would charge per template (for designers)
2) What country are you from? We need people that can work close to 'our' time schedule. I am finding that many people are interested but it takes days to communicate back and forth so please don't bother to post your skills unless you can work nights and off-hours (for non US).
3) Show us some examples of your work. If you code send me an example of a class or function you created via email or Y IM (infowizards2003).
NOTE: If you cannot work off-hours or nights we cannot use you if you're from India or anywhere else that has a huge time difference. We need people that can work with us on projects NOT people that answer me back DAYS later!!!
I've uploaded the template files. Some of them are just internal templates that don't really need to be customized. I also added a default sylesheet we use.
