Virtual idea for social networking script

New creation of virtual relations for exsisting social networking community.. This script will be written and constructed in a detailed way. i have all details for exactly what i want to accomplish.. This type of virtual relations doesn't exsist in any other social networking scripts out there thus, this script will only be discussed after signing a complete confidential agreement that i will put together. The programmer that creates this for me will be bound to many copyright laws and intellectual property laws and confidentiality laws of the world.. This script will be soley owned and credited to me in my name only and i will be sole propritor of this script owning every aspect of the script... This script in addtion to my social networking script will revolutionize how social networking communities exsist today... so i must be very carefule on whom i share this idea with... project budget can be discussed, changed and agreed on after confidential agreement is in place and project details are submitted for review.. I know at this stage it is difficult for you to give accurate bid without knowing complete details, but for now i am giving basic budget.. this is unique idea but not a big job just a matter of making certain things happen in a unique kind of way.. the exsisting script it have currently will play the biggest role in achieving what i want.. just adding to exsisting script with a few unique, interactive ways..
