We have a development based in SmartGWT and need to add an histogram window.
The idea is to have a histogram/graph window that we can create during runtime with a basic layout and then we could send data to be drawed on it during a period of time,
First, there is a basic definition of the window histogram which is defined upon creation,
I create the window histogram with the following definitions:
Type> Bar, Bar 3D, Line,...
Serie A Color> Red Blue .... or Multi
Serie B Color>
Serie C Color>
General Data 1> xxx
General Data 2> xxx
General Data 3> xxx
General Data 4> xxx
With all this information the component creates an empty graph/histogram structure.
then we will be sending information to it so that it adds it up during runtime, information will include position of the point or bar to be drawed, a label to be placed and a description to be showed on mouse hover.
for example the following function:
draw (SerieA,X point, Y Point, Label, Description)
So the window will add each point/column to the right of the currently existing ones, once the space is full, it will erase the first column/point/value in the left while adding one to the right.
another function we need is to update the General Data Values,
In the clarification Board You can see the image of the histogram we are looking for,
We will also add in the clarification board our GWT framework and instructions on how we expect the window to be created.
Which is a variation of this
