Please provide a sample of your work specially those including, flash, jQuery, or Dynamic design. We need a website for a dental office. We are looking for a website design which contains jQuery Sliding images, Very eye catching, with pages about the practice, the team, some pages about the procedures (we provide you the contents for these technical pages),appointment, contact, etc. We like the website to look very easy to read by using many images rather than words (we have an example and will share with you if you want). Some php coding may be needed to automatize contact us page, appointment scheduling, etc. The design should be SEO friendly. You should be willing to provide edits on the design until we reach an agreement on the final product. You "may" use some templates or royalty free images if we like the demo however you should provide us with the proof of your license to use them in case you have obtained that from someone else. The design should be exclusively given to us and shall not be shared without written permission. You should be willing to effectively communicate with us via skype, google talk, or phone.
