Ok, so I have plans for a website, but don't have the necessary skills to complete it. The website will basically pull records from another database-type site and display them on the screen. From here, the user will drag these records (which will be in link form) and drop them onto a "DONE" icon (which will move the drag&dropped item to a "DONE" list for that user). The empty space on the screen will repopulate with another record. In this way, the user will gradually move items from the screen into the "DONE" list. Users will have the ability to view & share their "DONE" lists; and it gets a little more complicated than that, but thats as far as I want to explain right now.
I'm finishing up the design work, so you won't have to worry about that - mainly just the back-end, database programming that will be required to keep all of the front-end lists organized, easy to use (drag&drop), as well as integrate the other database-type site with a provided api in order to link back to it. Also, the site must be able to register new users and have password-protected logins for users.
Feel free to ask for clarification as I probably didn't explain that correctly. My experience pretty much stops at HTML/CSS type stuff.
Please provide examples of your work that would be similar to this (lists created from databases - I'm guessing this is PHP/MySQL programming). I'd like to find someone that I can trust and that will help me expand the site's functionality in the future.
