WordPress Expert for Video Integration

Hi there! I need a WordPress expert who has experience with integrating videos into WordPress using a backend and playlist system. The system can be pre-fabricated or custom-made, I couldn't care less. I just need it to work. The way I would like the videos to work is perfectly displayed on: [login to view URL] (on the right hand side) Where there are thumbnails, descriptions and a loading screen as well. Videos could be converted to most popular formats, so there aren't any worries there. We are currently getting our design coded onto the WordPress platform and this should be completed within the next few hours.
