561065 WordPress Freelancer Theme - ClassiPress 2

I recently bought and have been using the ClassiPress WordPress Theme ([login to view URL]) and I like it very much. However, instead of classified listings, I want to give users the ability to post and bid on projects just like this site (Scriptlance). 1. Two User Roles - Consumers and Providers 2. Consumers Post their projects 3. Providers Bid on projects 4. Internal Messaging system 5. Dispute Resolution 6. Feedback Rating System Since most of the functions are already included in Classipress, I just need the following: FRONT END 1. Consumers(Buyers)register free to list projects in any category for free unless that category has a price. After its duration, the project expires but can be relisted by Consumer for full price. 2. Providers register free and can browse all projects. To bid on projects, they have to buy a Membership Package (3 months, 6 months or 1 year) 3. Internal messaging system to allow Consumers and Providers to communicate on projects (like I am doing now). 4. System to flag (report)abusive or suspicious projects 5. Feedback System (0-5 Stars) with comments 6. Ability to list 'Private' (sealed) projects 7. Ability to 'Invite' Providers to bid on Projects BACK END 1. Admin must approve all projects before they are posted 2. Admin can remove any listings or bids 3. Admin can ban any user 4. Admin can can send message to any user 5. Paypal payment gateway As I said, almost all the above already exist in Classipress. Please let me know if you can do this and I will award you the project. NOTE: Serious Bidders only. Please do not offer me variations of RBS, Kubelance, PHPlance or Guruscript - I have tried all of them, spent too much money on trying to make them work with no success.
