The web pages will walk them through an information gather process (which we currently do not have). The client will then click radio boxes or enter text when answering questions. This information will then be entered into a document that is converted into a secure (locked) PDF. Other information and language (text) will also change based on their answers. Once they have completed the questionnaire, They will be asked to create their own account and pay a one-time fee. They should be able to edit the information they entered in questionnaire from their account. I attached a flow chart for you.
