414523 Functional Joomla template

I recently had a Joomla template created but it has a lot of elements missing. The attached PDF gives details of what needs to be done to make this template functional. Please only bid on this project if you are good with CSS and Joomla templates. The CSS needs tidying up and needs to be tide to Joomla modules and functions in index.php. As the expert you should know how to do this and what other elements are needed for a real Joomla template. I'm attaching the original html files that I gave to the freelancer to convert and the 'joomla' template that I got back on project completion. The original files come from a different content management system but that should not prevent you from turning this into a proper Joomla template. The template breaks on some pages and what I'm left with is a grey background. It really is important that CSS is done correctly. The pages should not break. I paid for the template without having the option to test it myself. This time round I would like to install it and test it and have any errors fixed before I make a payment. I will use escrow for payment. Please do not bid if you cannot agree with these terms.
