508447 Joomla and Moodle small integration (quick job) 2

I need a simple integration of joomla and moodle. User registers on a form in joomla and chooses a course (you have to get the course list from moodle - databases are both on the same server and I'll have access to them.) Joomla - Lastest version Moodle - 1.9 Admin has a listing of students on joomla and button saying "Aproove", on aproval the user is inserted and added to the course on moodle, and the user gets deleted from the joomla database. I'm a developer, I'll then modify the script to fit my needs, i had a previous solution done but by mistake i used an older joomla and moodle version. I need this ASAP and must be ready by 23:30 GMT today. It's an easy job for a fast developer, but note that I'll need the code to fit the php standarts and i need to understand it easily. I will provide a deployment server. Thanks.
