virtuemart 2.0 shop customization

I’m looking for somebody to do two customization for my virtuemart 2.0 shop (Joomla 1.7)
1. We have registered and Non Registered(public) Clients
For the Non Registered(public) clients we want to display the standard virtuemart products display style as we have it right now and for the registered Clients the products to be display in Shopping Card View (Please refer the Attached Picture)
2. For the Registered Clients we want to display certain Products for Certain Clients (Shopper Group)
e.g.: Client X can view only Product A Product B
Client Y can View only product C , Product D & Product E
Plus some basic settings to fit to this needs
