Magento Expert needed for website changes and ongoing work

I need an expert Magento developer to make some modifications to a Magento website.
1) Set the sort order of search results in autocomplete module. I have an attribute called "name_order" and want to make sure the autocomplete is giving result by this order. The actual results page is fine but just need to fix the autocomplete results.
2) Add a popup message on final checkout page if any product in cart has an attribute of "pickup only". This is so customer must close the popup to make sure they read the message.
3) We were using attribute "special_price" to show our actual store price. This was wrong and i have now made a new attribute called "Our Price". I need to move all the values from "special_price" to "our_price" and clear out special price.
Once I find good magento developer I will have ongoing work as we are a design studio and always doing projects and maintaining existing customer sites also with modifications.
Please only bid if you can work on this asap and are confident with magento code and not just a beginner.
