IP Address Spread

Hi We are looking for a coder with experience with servers, ip addresses, etc. Our server is a Linux server with cPanel as the control panel. Our situation: We have an order form in which we take users information as they buy a website from us. On this order form we enter the users information, they select a domain from our list of already purchased domain names, and their payment information, then we hit submit. When we hit submit, a site is automatically generated doing the following. 1. creating an addon domain in cPanel, 2. copying the files from our master site to this new site. Well the problem we are having is all of these sites are on the same IP address so it creates a problem for search engines. We need a solution that will put every site on their own ip address ( we will purchase them) without taking away the ability for us to create our website on the fly like we can now. If we do not need to purchase IP for every site then we want to put maximum 2 sites on 1 ip address. Right now we have 300 to 400 sites on 1 ip address. The next task you will need to do is to come up with a plan on how we can get current sites to new system. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, MYSQL, cPanel, Linux Administration
