Dial specifikations

In advertisements i use either major numbers(this calles one group of users) or sub numbers (this calls senior users directly), User Group1 uses 2 major numbers and currently 5-5 subnumbers, similarly User Group2 uses 2 major numbers and 5-5 subnumbers

Users login with their extensions and passwords

Users have time/budget package that can be set or puchased

Voice menu only necessary when calls cannot be taken, (voice menu only for certain types of calls, or if direct to user/or group is busy, follow me dont find anybody, according to schedule that is for example non-office hours)

Click to call (in company client phone book and preferably phone numbers on public internet sites)

Voice mail with e-mail notifications to groups, users

Users specifications

Call optimalizing (gsm to gsm and voip to landlines)

User can see his time frame/budget package position, its changings, and time remaining.

Call statistics/duration/pieces/user/time/shown to supervisor and user also for better efficency

Supervisor need to know how in a simlpe way how to enter new user, device, controll uesers and advertising numbers (change or set up new name, change passwords, allow, change advertising numbers to groups or seniors, system allows only incoming calls if user budget is over). 1-4 different time/budget package will be provieded to users on different positions and skills.

Gsm adapter / + Smartphone client as additional soft GSM gateway for overhead calls in rush hour calling periods

Smartphone clients (office’s smartphones with gsm cards some for only receiving advertisement calls and directing them to certain extention sets; user’s with their own smartphones as a log in device for making and receiving calls in office hours)

IN Group1

if seller type1(G1) is calling, ring all G1 SzervRef_senior extensions loged in in Group1 at the same time, if not taken go voicemail.

if seller type1 dedicated subnumber is calling, ring dedicated subnumber and do follow me if set for dedicatedsub number, go voicemail.

if buyer type1(G1) is calling ring all G1 SzervRef_senior/junior extensions loged in in Group1 at the same time, if not taken go voicemail.

IN Group2 - similarly

Necessary: 15 devices; 15 extentitions

It is to work with one developer on our side, he will fit in the provided recordings and sms datas in history listings where they can be labeled.

Necessary to test directions and devices.

Install call center module

Sounds in Hungarian

All config need work in Hungary

Text can stay in English
