detailed music management system - OverStudio ONLY

the system needs to handle upload process, insert tracks to DB. allow updating, deleting, merging. Allow mutliple genres with artsit in multiple genres. This is detialed porject, I as the provider will provided much of the logi for the system, you as the developer need to fill the blanks and close the tech gaps, meanin you will construct and develop the whole thing. There will alot of out of the box thinking. Plus there needs to be styling and designed look.
