form, databasis and mails(repost)

I need databases and to them corresponding forms and pages. People can register and recommend friends. I hope there will be big traffic, so need to work fast. Also sending emails automatically. ## Deliverables I need a databasis and corresponding forms. structure of db: it all should be encrypted so that noone can get it - email (it has to make it sure it is valid and working - he has to confirm this email is his by clicking on link) - name - surname - member? If person is recommended, he goes to my page and only if it likes it, it can go to form1 page (as described in project description). So part of the project is tell me how to transfere data from link to that form1 page. (he can go through many pages before he goes to form1 page).
