i have kayako supportsuite installed on a hosted server at bluehost.com. the control panel is cpanel (unix based)
we need someone to get email polling working, so that it polls emails from a POP3 account, creates tickets from them, and sends automated ticket update emails.
all of this is functionality that's described in the kayako manual, but i can't figure it out for myself. it might involve some CRON jobs, PHP, script file editing, whatever.
