481091 Linux Shell script to snynchronise 2 folders

I need a script to prompt for two directories DIR1 and DIR2, recursively iterate through DIR1 and compare all files and folders from it with the files and folders from DIR2. If the script finds any differences in the files / folders from the DIR1 facing DIR2, I want those files to be printed full path and asked if they should be copied over to DIR2. If answer is yes, copy over files from DIR1 and create / overwrite old files and folders inside DIR2.

This is to verbosely synchronise my development folder with the production folder.

Please bid only if you're skilled with Linux / Shell coding.

Thank you.
