484716 Map widget giving SEO capablities

I am wanting to create a widget that will draw from a PHP mysql database running on Linux. The widget will be able to run on lots of different websites and be able to be installed on those different websites with a simple code snippet insert that the webmaster can use.

The widget is a Google map widget displaying markers taken from the database as well as the website owners marker. The widget will allow the website owner to place into the code snippet their geo location and the DB will return markers pertaining to the specific query that the widget is focused on. Markers will be returned within a certain radius e.g. 25km

If possible background theme will be changeable from admin side. SEO links will be included with in the widget footer or header and if possible be controlled from admin side.
