Simple PHP / MYSQL mini affiliate / customer tracking page/site.

Looking to track Commissions payable on an ongoing basis to affiliates based on customers they have signed up.

Admin Requirements:

1.) Back office login for admin to create affiliates / login for affiliates.

2.) Back office admin can create customers and assign to a specific affiliate.

3.) For the total monthly spend of customer, we can input either fixed or % amount monthly payable to agent.

4.) Affiliate profile will include HST# and company details. Admin can click button that generates invoice FROM affiliate profile information to our company to pay out commissions.

5.) admin login also has area to mark payments to affiliated + cheque number for tracking.

6.) admin login also has area to mark payments received from customer for tracking.

Affliliate login requirements:

1.) login to view table of all customers

2.) table displays all customers and commissions owing for the month.

3.) table also displays all customers in red who have not paid their bill and commission is omitted for the month.

4.) affiliate section has historical data by month which can display customers / balance / commissions by month

- also can display commission paid

- also can display the invoice report generated for commission

this system is to track payments / commissions for affiliates of a monthly recurring service company. commissions are paid based on fixed number or percent of total bill monthly recurring. This application just remembers what has been paid, and what isnt. commission is only paid on customers who have paid their bills to provider.
