Need a website and logo designed - Banner Exchange site

Hi I am looking for a website design which implements AJAX, and written in PHP. I am interested in highly professional web designers only. The website is a free banner exchange. Everybody gets an ad impression ratio of 1 to 1 and new users get 1,000 free impressions (credits). Site is called 1:1 Banners (See Attached Zip File for a screenshot of what i want the site to look like) I want the same color scheme and cool reflecting boxes, gradient backgrounds at the top and bottom, i am in love with the design. I also want the layout to be very similar. Also I need a classy, simple logo "1:1 banners" in some awesome font, with a little glimmer or whatever so it looks nice. Requirements: 1. Use AJAX for seamless fade-ins and -outs on different content zones, for system messages, and anything like that. 2. It must work perfect in ALL MAJOR BROWSERS! 3. It needs to have spot on each page for ads -- 3 square-shaped ads. 4. Needs a [login to view URL] file I'm not great at writing page content, so... if you can write intriguing page copy for the main page and other pages, let me know. Required pages: 1. Homepage 2. Login page 3. Account details (name, email, username, password) 4. Campaign list 5. Add New Campaign page (banner size, target address, how many credits to assign, site category*) 6. Statistics page for each ad campaign (use AJAX) 7. FAQ page (i'll write the content here) 8. But basically all i'm looking for right now is the website design, and a working version of the design itself, written in PHP. And it needs to use AJAX. The banner exchange code itself is not needed for this project.
