EXPERIENCED PHP/ MAGENTO PROGRAMMERS ONLY!
Overview: This project will involve customizing the ordering process from the default set-up. Instead of having one checkout page with product options, there will be a step by step process with dependencies if/ then sort of programming.
Programmer: You must be very experienced with Magento Ecommerce and very experienced with PHP programming. You must be able to show completed projects where you have done similar work.
Website and products:
This is a specialized window dressing company.
Project Requirements:
1. Modify order process into a step by step process.
- Step 1. - Select product (products are images that will be printed on plastic laminent and applied to a window to create scenery)
- Step 2. - Select window style ( depending on each choice, the next step will vary. Step 3 will be entering the dimensions of the window. This will be different for the first three A, B, C window types. For D and E, it will move the customer to a custom order form... like a contact form, ordering process will end at this custom form.)
- Step 3. Enter dimensions of window ( window type A, B and C will have different dimensions to deal with so step 3 input will depend on what window type was chosen in step 2.)
- Step 4. Confirm order ( a display noting all of the information that was input so far.
- Step 5. Personal and Payment info (from this point it will be the normal payment process, gathering name, billing, shipping address, credit card…etc.)
- Step 6. Review Order (a display will order details and personal/ payment info)
- Step 7. Complete Order (process the order and send confirmation to customer and company).
2. Testing and Bug support - You must test your modifications thoroughly and support any bugs for up to 90 days from completion.
3. You will install your work on the actual website. You will test and check for bugs expertly.
NOTE: Step 3 is dependent on step 2. Each step should be a separate page. Graphics and design work will be provided, I just need the programming to make this work.
Terms: This needs to be completed in one week or less. Payment provided through GAF Escrow ONLY. 50% released upon approval of completed development. 50% released upon completed installation on the end-user's live website sever.
