I need to access all of the various back office reservation portals and take the data from the various reservations that we receive every day.
Then please send an email to the customer confirming the booking and ask them to accept all the terms of penalty, enter the reservation with the various data in our back offices.
Keep monitored the fact that the customer has or has not responded and eventually resend the email.
Right now we have 2 small hotel 2 are present in approximately 30/40 of portals booking online.
Every day several times a day, the program must connect with all the various portals backoffice, go and see if there are new bookings, to acquire the data we need (website, name, address, email, phone number, date checkin , checkout date, number of persons, room type, any annotations).
At this point, the system must:
1) Send an email to the customer containing information (customizable), ask the customer to confirm explicitly the information you input (especially the policy of cancellation). This email must be sent every x days (configurable) and must stop send email if the customer responds.
2) The data acquired should be included in our back office.
3) Check our back office for any warnings if we're full.
4) Be aware that the various portals can also receive cancellations or changes.
We receive too many emails of Information request, would be very handy to have a system which responds automatically by interpreting the information the customer requires, or if it is too complicated, answer to the customer with a link to a form so that we can then understand what the customer wants, and then automatically sends a quote for the required residence according to a list inserted.
Our back office is running on the Internet and gestische both structures simultaneously
When the system realizes that we are full, it must connect to our channel manager and close the rooms for the dates that we are full. (also runs on Internet)
