The inquiry form can be secure ( secure in the sense that it will have good captcha option where only humans can submit information and not bots). 4. Hi, I have been developing websites since 2008. A lot of them with Joomla but also some with Drupal, Wordpress and varuious technologies. If you prefer the admin interface of Joomla then I would recommend to stick with Joomla and if you want some of the extra flexibility of Drupal within Joomla I can configure a Joomla extension called Seblod. It's a CCK that works very similarly to the Drupal CCK (Content Construction Kit). It's actually very suitable for directories such as real estate websites. I have completed a number of projects with Seblod and Joomla involving directories and Google maps, some of them here on freelancer.com I suggest you check my reviews. As far as the template goes for Joomla 3.2 I usually base my template on Protostar. Protostar is the default bootstrap based minimalist and responsive template that ships with Joomla 3.2. By duplicating it and customizing it to suit your design requirements your site inherits the responsiveness of the template thus making it compatible with mobile and tablet devices. I can start as soon as you award me the project. It would be helpful if you could share some of the specifications of the site, the type of design you like, logo, colors, maybe sites that you like in terms of design.
