Install, configuration and explain Stalker IPTV middleware

Need some one who can install, config and explain me Stalker middleware on a VPS Server. Must be step by step explaining from installation to server to authentication, channels configuration etc. over TeamViewer, so i will make Screen Video from the expaining I mean the whole process, kind of ready to play plug and play. at the end the STB should be working with channels with authentication from STB to access channels package. I will provide some RTMP and HLS link for the video, radio link and VOD movies MP4 . The target is to setup on Iptv Subscription on MiniPC Android and Linux set top box. any advise are welcome
